Medical care is just the beginning
With Wellpoint, you have access to a wide range of services including dental and vision care, behavioral health services, and our Healthy Rewards program.
Copays
Sometimes you may be asked to help pay for a healthcare visit or service. This is called a copay. Copays are based on your income, but total payment will not be more than 5% of your annual household income. Download the Copay and Services Chart to find out what your copay charge will be.
