Behavioral health
Behavioral health and substance use disorder services are managed by Optum.
To find a behavioral health provider, call 800-888-1965 (TTY 866-835-2755) Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time.

Your benefits include a wide range of prescription and over-the-counter drugs. We work with CarelonRx to provide these benefits.
