Healthy Rewards helps motivate you to create a healthy lifestyle and also earn gift cards to popular retailers. It’s a no-cost, optional program for eligible members* in our health plan. You may be eligible to earn rewards for completing:

  Prenatal care visits.

  Postpartum care visits.

  Texas Health Steps childhood and adolescent well-child check-ups.

  Childhood and adolescent vaccines on schedule.

  Flu vaccines.

  Diabetic A1c blood sugar screenings.

  Follow-up care for children prescribed ADHD medication.

  Follow-up care for members living with behavioral health or substance use disorder.

* Healthy Rewards are not available for members with Medicare or CHIP Perinate members.
