How to pay your Wellpoint bill

If you don’t want to pay your Wellpoint bill online, you can pay by mail or by phone. To pay by phone, call the Member Services number on the back of your ID card. To pay by mail, log into the member portal and opt in to receive bills by mail. Or, you can mail checks directly to:

You can also use this mailing address to set up electronic bill payment with your personal bank. 

You’ll want to include your account ID number on your checks or when setting up your electronic bill payments. This helps us quickly process and apply your payment.
