An Ombuds is a person who can provide free and confidential help related to your behavioral health services. The Ombuds has had behavioral health services or has a family member who has had behavioral health services. They can help if you have a behavioral health grievance, appeal, or fair hearing. The Ombuds is independent from Wellpoint Washington, Inc.
