Ask Me 3® Program

It’s not always easy to understand your health needs. The Ask Me 3® program can help. The program suggests three questions to ask your healthcare provider during your visit. They are:

  1. What is my main problem?
  2. What do I need to do?
  3. Why is it important for me to do this?

Asking these questions can help you get healthy and stay healthy.

We also have a helpful video on how to use these questions.
