What to do if you have a complaint

 

Your satisfaction with Wellpoint and your health care plan matters to us. If you have an issue, we’ll work with you to resolve your complaint or grievance in a way that’s stress-free and easy for you.

If you feel you have exhausted all your options with us, you can also submit feedback directly to Medicare.

Wellpoint and Carelon Health plans are Medicare Advantage plans with Medicare contracts. Wellpoint and Carelon Health plans are SNP plans with a Medicare contract and a contract with the state Medicaid program. Enrollment in Wellpoint or Carelon Health depends on contract renewal.
